Developer SvenGDK has released a new version of OrbisPro Beta. The latest update to OrbisPro Beta, v0.3.1, brings a host of optimizations and fixes, improving stability and user experience.

OrbisPro is a platform under development aimed at centralizing and optimizing the management of games and applications on PC, with an intuitive interface and advanced features. Here are the main changes in this version:

Internal Modifications:

– Improved ISO player stability: A slight optimization has been made for a smoother experience.

– Search optimization: The system now only scans a single list of game aliases to find icons and backgrounds, improving performance.

– Revised Home loading:- Fixed incorrect placement of apps/games when loading or reloading the home screen.

– Disable user input until the home screen is fully loaded.

– Improved game detection: Better support for games located on the C: drive. A future update will allow adding games from other drives.

– Reminder: Auto-detection currently only works in C:\Program Files (x86) and C:\Games.Updated exclusion list: Excluded tools like bug reporters, launchers (GOG Galaxy, REDlauncher, etc.) for cleaner detection.

Additions:– 19 new icons and 17 backgrounds to further customize your interface.- Preliminary support for Asus ROG Ally X & MSI Claw models for future features.

Fixes:– Fixed crashes in File Explorer.- Fixed background animation when navigating to an app without a dedicated asset.

Other Changes:– Removal of the “Media” application: Deemed useless, it makes way for the use of the file explorer.- This update, although minor, sets the stage for more significant developments, including the addition of games from other discs.
